Extra Kerbside Services
We offer two kerbside services available within the residential kerbside collection area.
Requests for these services will require at least three weeks notice to give time for your application to be assessed. Applications can be made online, on the form at the bottom of this page.
Put Back My Bins
The Put Back My Bins service is available for all bin types - landfill, recycling, glass, and food scraps - and is ideal for bach owners or those who are away from home.
- How it works: Place your bins at the kerbside on collection day, and our contractor will return them inside your property boundary after collection.
- Cost: $30 per household per year, in addition to your targeted rate.
- Terms & conditions: Available on the registration form.
Assisted Kerbside Collection
If you are unable to put your bins out yourself, the Assisted Kerbside Collection service is designed for you. This covers all bin types—landfill, recycling, glass, and food scraps.
- How it works: Our contractor will collect your bins directly from your property and return them to the same location after collection.
- Cost: $60 per household per year, in addition to your targeted rate.
