Temporary Road Closure

Pursuant to the Section 11(e) of the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 2002, notice is hereby given that for the purpose of a Vintage & Classic Car Show, the following roads will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated below. During the period of closure provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic, which would otherwise use the road, to use alternative routes.

Date of closure:  Saturday 15 September 2018
Time of closure: 8.00am to 3.00pm
Roads to close:  Wharf St and Marshall St from Hughendon St to Wharf St, PAEROA

Alternative provision for ordinary vehicular traffic will be made with signs, cones and barriers to redirect traffic on detour.

It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.

2018 General Revaluation

The Rating Valuation Roll for the Hauraki District has been revised as at 1 July 2018 by Quotable Value Limited as the Councils Valuation Service provider.

It will be open for public inspection during office hours at the Hauraki District Council offices William Street Paeroa, Orchard Road Ngatea and Rosemont Road Waihi for the period 12 September 2018 to 18 October 2018.

The Valuations will also be available on Council's website

Objections must be received online through our website or at one of the Council offices by 4.30pm on 18 October 2018.
