Ngātea North Subdivision Stage 4
Project Purpose
Ngātea North Stage 4 is the final stage of land development undertaken by Hauraki District Council. The subdivision of 5.3 ha of land in Ngātea North Subdivision is being developed into 52 lots for construction of residential homes.
Overview
Ngātea North Stage 4 faces north with views towards the Hauraki Gulf and the Coromandel, including the Kaimai Ranges. Only minutes' walk from the heart of the township, Ngātea North Stage 4 will provide sections of various sizes, with all the benefits from extensive road frontage, plus utilities available at the boundary. This will provide ultimate flexibility to a client when deciding how a dream home should look. Development of Ngātea North Stage 4 will serve the population and have the potential to improve the economy and wellbeing of this region.
Project Status
Water services, roading detailed design including street lighting, power and telecommunications design have been completed. All necessary consent applications have been granted. Landscape and playground design has been completed.
Dempsey Wood Civil Ltd have been engaged to carry out the civil works, including connecting storm water, drinking water and waste water, power and fibre to the sections.
Work is expected to begin in the first week of September 2023 and are likely to be completed by June/July 2024. Our contractors will be working between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday; and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays.
The subdivision lots should be ready for sale in June/July 2024.
