What are we doing?
The water main on Boundary Road is due for scheduled maintenance.
Completing this work will help reduce the chance of unplanned disruption to your water supply.
What you can expect
Most of the work will take place along the berms outside 1 Boundary Road. We will keep safe access available for pedestrians and vehicles while the work is underway.
There may be:
- Temporary traffic changes
- Staff working close to the roadside
- Short periods where you may need to follow the team's directions when exiting your driveway
Please take extra care when driving, walking, or cycling through the work area. Our team will also take care to keep everyone safe.
Will my water supply be affected?
At times we will need to shut off the water supply to carry out this work. We'll let you know in advance the date and time, where possible.
What if plans change?
Sometimes unforeseen circumstances mean the dates, hours, or nature of the work need to change, including an unplanned shutdown. If this happens, we'll notify you as soon as we can.
Keeping the site safe
Please follow any signs and directions from site staff. This helps keep you, our team, and other road users safe.
Any trenches opened during the day will be closed by evening where possible. If a trench needs to stay open overnight, it will be safely fenced or covered with steel plates.
