Civil works for the Racecourse Subdivision are progressing, with the next stage requiring closure of the Norwood Road entrance at Thames Road for approximately 15 weeks from 8 June 2026.

Duration: From 8 June 2026 for approximately 15 weeks
Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday occasionally
Time: 7:00am to 5:30pm

Pukewera Rad Waihī - culvert/road washout

A section of this road is closed due to a culvert/road being wash out on Pukewera Road, Waihi.

The point of the closure is at road position 4.014km from Old Tauranga Road.

Residents can gain access on either side of the closure.

The road will be closed until further notice.
