2024 General Revaluation

The Rating Valuation Roll for the Hauraki District has been revised as at 1 September 2024 by Quotable Value Limited as the Council’s Valuation Service Provider.

The Roll will be available for public inspection during office hours at the Hauraki District Council offices at William Street Paeroa, Orchard Road Ngatea and Rosemont Road Waihī for the period of 14 April to 30 May 2025.

The Valuations will also be available on Council’s website www.hauraki-dc.govt.nz

Objections must be received online through our website or at one of the Council offices by 4.30pm on 30 May 2025.
