Notification of Request to Withdraw Proposed Plan Change 6: Extension of Martha Mineral Zone

Pursuant to Clause 8D of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991, Hauraki District Council (HDC) gives notice that on 2 June 2026 OceanaGold advised the Council that it withdraws Proposed Plan Change 6 (a private plan change request) to the Hauraki District Plan.

HDC has recorded that request and gives notice that processing of Proposed Plan Change 6 ceased from 16 June 2026.
