Any person may make a submission on the application, but a person who is a trade competitor of the applicant may do so only if that person is directly affected by an effect of the activity to which the application relates that
(a) Adversely affects the environment; and
(b) Does not relate to trade competition or the effects of trade competition.
You may make a submission on the application by sending a written submission to Hauraki District Council, PO Box 17, Paeroa, 3640 or electronically submissions@hauraki-dc.govt.nz or by delivery to a Council office in Paeroa, Waihi or Ngatea. The submission must be on form 13. Copies of this form are available on the HDC website: www.hauraki-dc.govt.nz and from Council offices.
Submissions close on Wednesday 9th July 2025.
You must serve a submission on The Presbyterian Church Property Trustees whose address for service is C/- Patrick McHardy, 15 Thompson Street, Tokoroa 3420 Email: Patrick.mchardy@southwaikato.govt.nz as soon as reasonably practicable after serving your submission on the Hauraki District Council.
