District Licensing Committee and Decisions

The District Licensing Committee (DLC) determines all alcohol licences under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. This includes applications for:

a new licence or manager's certificate
a renewal of a licence or manager's certificate
a temporary authority to carry on the sale and supply of alcohol
the variation, suspension, or cancellation of special licences
the variation of licences (other than special licences)
